Career Objectives  
   
I want to maximise the suite of legal services I presently offer across the multiple jurisdictions in which I am authorised to practice, raise the standards of the provision of legal services across the same jurisdictions as well as offering pro bono legal services to SDG aligned needs globally.
 
Personal Background
 

I have a record of achievement at institutions of learning and gained recognition for performing professionally by seeking out and following related international best practices. I have equally gained a diverse range of experiences benefitting my practice, through work, and whilst taking the bar, at law school, during university, and through my internships. Additionally, as a person who is consistently involved in multiple spheres of activity, I have developed very good of organisational skills, whilst also using my time effectively. This has facilitated successful outcomes in a number of projects simultaneously, working both individually and as a member of teams. In the course of both my academic and professional careers, I have also adopted a structured approach in every task for which I have assumed any responsibility, irrespective of the degree. I equally undertake increasing levels of responsibility both professionally and personally, whilst maintaining levels of service and performance. At the same time, I always endeavour to maintain a balance with social and recreational interests.

COMMUNICATION

  • My communication skills are continuously developing through written and oral advocacy in arbitrations, my written advices to clients, and in the performance of my duties, and speaking at the FIA and FIM. Additionally, I am constantly engaging with clients and colleagues, as well as addressing queries and implementing instructions on their behalf and in collaboration, respectively.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Whilst performing legal tasks, my management skills have also evolved significantly as a result of perpetually executing multiple sets of instructions for clients, keeping them properly informed, coordinating cases and overseeing lawyers, as well as improving the efficiency and support capabilities of our administrative officers, and seamlessly organising multiple forms of voluminous information.

CLIENT SERVICE

  • I am constantly agreeing terms of service with clients relating to litigation, dispute resolution and corporate cases at each of the offices where I provide legal services. This has developed my ability to ensure, whether working in teams, or individually, that I draw upon the requisite skills and experience, and make available all necessary resources in order to provide clients with the correct legal services, in the particular set of circumstances.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Of Counsel at ARAA Group Advocates & Legal Consultants - September 2020 to Present I am engaged with this law firm for the development and running of its corporate practice for its existing sovereign, ultra high net worth, and conglomerate clients in the region, as well as being tasked with brokering a historic strategic alliance agreement with a foreign law firm, and developing their joint practice, focusing on particular practice areas, which mutually and significantly feature in the two law firms.
  • General Manager at Imperator Legal Consultancy LLC - February 2020 to Present I have established this legal consultancy, which services the needs of specific clientele, being mainly high net worth individuals and / or owners of multiple business entities, in turn being part of major conglomerates. Accordingly, this legal consultancy utilises a streamlined and simplified approach for the provision of legal services, for clients requiring fast, effective and discrete legal advice and assistance, in a manner commensurate to their business needs, and aligned to the demands of their corresponding lifestyles. The use of technology to aid in the provision of these legal services features significantly in the provision thereof.
  • Managing Partner at A Hossain & Associates - September 2014 to Present Ensuring growth of our Client base and improving efficiencies in Client Service, the role of Managing Partner has enabled me to maintain & enhance the functionality of relationships between our Clients, Lawyers, Staff & external representatives, whilst developing the ability to quickly delve into cases, assess the relevant information and make positive decisions in respect of the interests of our Clients across different practice areas.
  • Pupillage at Selborne Chambers - April 2013 to August 2014 Gained experience in Chancery, Property and Commercial matters relevant to the areas of practice undertaken by my Pupil Supervisors and completed all pupillage requirements in respect of core skills and checklists relating to advocacy, drafting, opinion writing, negotiation, conferences, conduct and etiquette, legal research and other specialist checklists.
